Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of joining the webinar.
- Refunds are only applicable if you have attended less than 20% of the total webinar duration and provide a valid reason for cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No refund will be provided for failure to attend the webinar.
- Technical issues on the participant’s end (e.g., poor internet connectivity) do not qualify for a refund.
- No refunds for webinars that have been fully attended or completed.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method in 10-15 working days.
4. Cancellations by Surprista Design
- If we cancel a webinar, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
